welcomed Mme Helen, our school counsellor, to start the pilot project of the In Focus program in our classrom. We are very grateful to be a part of this program, which is based on brain research and seeks to increases students' social and emotional intelligence. Part 1 of the program focuses on creating safety, security and connection in the classroom. This session integrated English, Social studies and Sciences.
we learned how to pick and express a weekly and yearly goal in French. In addition, while creating our classroom rules chart, students had to choose and write their favorite classroom rule and the reasoning behind their choice.
