learned how to translate our Socials interview answers in English to French through modelling. We used a paragraph planning structure to organize our ideas and information before writing. We also viewed a video regarding immigration in France and related themes to immigration within Canada while learning new French vocabulary.

welcomed the grade 6/7 students in our classroom who did Livromanie presentations. Our entire class was very attentive and respectful during all 4 presentations.
learned about how to represent numbers up to 10 000 and how to use place value charts. We practiced problem solving and representing numbers using drawings collaboratively and individually. We learned how to represent numbers with digits and in a written developed form.
